We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. First, there is an "About TaskUs" paragraph describing company. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for description of role. The "About TaskUs" is about company; but we can treat as "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings where appropriate. We have: - About TaskUs: description of company. Could go under "About the role"? Might be better as "About the role" includes overview of role and company. We'll include a paragraph summarizing company info. - What We Offer: includes benefits, salaries, etc. We have Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off. Also mention internal mobility, professional growth, People First culture. So we can have sections: Pay (salary range), Benefits (list), maybe also "What We Offer" could be part of Benefits and Pay. - Application Window etc: not needed (application instructions). Remove. - Job Description: includes "What can you expect in a Talent Acquisition Specialist role with TaskUs:" then a paragraph, then "What You'll Do" list of responsibilities. Then "What We're Looking For" list of qualifications/requirements. Then "Preferred Experience & Skills". Then "You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are..." list of attributes. Then "Why Join Us?" paragraph. Then location info. Then "How We Partner To Protect You:" (scam warning) remove. DEI, EEO boilerplate remove. Req Id etc remove. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics: e.g., "Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field", "2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments", etc. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary range and benefits, so we can include Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule: not mentioned; we should not include Schedule section. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not include markdown fences. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

    About the role

TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies, helping its clients represent, protect and grow their brands. Leveraging a cloud-based infrastructure, TaskUs serves clients in sectors including social media, e-commerce, gaming, streaming media, food delivery, ride-sharing, HiTech, FinTech, and HealthTech. The People First culture has enabled expansion to approximately 60,000 employees globally across twenty-three locations in twelve countries, including the Philippines, India, and the United States.

    That's substantive.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and translate them into effective, fast-moving sourcing strategies
    • Lead talent attraction efforts through creative sourcing, employer branding, and marketing initiatives
    • Drive candidate engagement through compelling outreach and a smooth, high-touch candidate experience
    • Manage and maintain accurate candidate data in real time within internal staffing systems
    • Own and drive the Employee Referral Program and vendor management, ensuring optimal performance and ROI
    • Partner on external branding, events, and marketing campaigns to strengthen the talent pipeline
    • Respond quickly to shifting hiring needs and volume spikes—urgency is key
    • Align closely with leadership and departmental goals, taking direction constructively and adjusting priorities to meet evolving business needs
    • Be a collaborative force within the TA team—sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and celebrating wins together

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles at once—with speed and precision
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Excellent organizational and data management capabilities
    • Resilience and "thick skin"—able to take feedback, manage pressure, and stay solution-focused
    • Highly adaptable and calm in the face of sudden changes or urgent hiring needs

    Qualifications

Maybe we can combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction lists both as possible headings. We have "What We're Looking For" which is requirements/qualifications. The "Preferred Experience & Skills" could be under Skills or Qualifications. We need to decide. We could treat "What We're Looking For" as Requirements, and "Preferred Experience & Skills" as Skills. Also "You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are..." could be Skills or Qualities; maybe also Skills. But we must not create thin sections. Let's see if we have enough content for each. We have: - Requirements (mandatory): Bachelor's degree, 2+ years experience, ability to manage multiple roles, proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office, strong communication, excellent organizational/data management, resilience/thick skin, highly adaptable. - Preferred Experience & Skills: Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms; high-volume recruitment, especially for front-line or customer-facing roles; strong marketing mindset and social media savvy; event coordination and candidate engagement experience; excellent English written and verbal communication; strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities. - You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are...: Confident, solution-oriented; comfortable managing tight deadlines and multiple urgent requests; thick-skinned, coachable, open to direction; agile and flexible—can pivot quickly when priorities shift; detail-oriented and highly organized; emotionally intelligent with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; passionate about delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience; team player with high integrity, trustworthiness, strong work ethic. These could be considered Skills or Qualities. We could combine Preferred Experience & Skills and You'll Thrive... into a Skills section. But we also have "Why Join Us?" paragraph which could be part of Benefits or maybe separate but not required heading. Could be included under Benefits? Not exactly. Could be a separate section like "About the company" but we already have About the role. Maybe we can put Why Join Us under Benefits? Not ideal. Perhaps we can include a short paragraph under Benefits about culture and growth. But we already have benefits list. The instruction says include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. "Why Join Us?" is specific content about culture, team, innovation, etc. Could be its own section but not in the list of allowed headings. Allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could put Why Join Us under Skills? Not really. Could be under About the role? Already used. Could be under Benefits? Not exactly. Could be omitted? But we must preserve all substantive information. So we need to place it somewhere within allowed headings. Perhaps we can treat it as part of Benefits (since it's about why join). Or we could create a separate section "Why Join Us?" but that's not allowed heading. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use

for section headings (e.g. ...)" implying those are examples; but also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It might be okay to add other headings if needed, but better to stick to given list. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we could incorporate Why Join Us into Benefits or About the role. Let's incorporate Why Join Us paragraph into Benefits section as a prose description of culture and growth. Now Pay section: we have Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year. Also Pay Transparency Statement details. We should include that as prose. Benefits section: list medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off including vacation, sick leave, holidays. Also mention internal mobility, professional growth, People First culture, inclusive environment, positive impact on community, internal mobility and professional growth. Also mention "We take pride in our inclusive environment and positive impact on the community." Also "We actively encourage internal mobility and professional growth at all stages of an employee's career within TaskUs." Also "Why Join Us?" paragraph about forward-thinking inclusive team values innovation, collaboration, results; being part of strategy, voice, experience shaping brand. We'll combine these into Benefits section as prose plus list. Now Skills section: we can combine Preferred Experience & Skills and You'll Thrive... into a list of skills/attributes. Let's craft Skills section as
    • items. We need to avoid repeating similar items. We'll list: - Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms - High-volume recruitment, especially for front-line or customer-facing roles - Strong marketing mindset and social media savvy - Event coordination and candidate engagement experience - Excellent English written and verbal communication - Strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities - Confident, solution-oriented - Comfortable managing tight deadlines and multiple urgent requests - Thick-skinned, coachable, open to direction - Agile and flexible—able to pivot quickly when priorities shift - Detail-oriented and highly organized - Emotionally intelligent with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Passionate about delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience - Team player with high integrity, trustworthiness, and strong work ethic That seems comprehensive. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: location: Chandler, AZ. Michigan / Detroit, MI / New Braunfels, TX. (Hybrid). This is location info. Where to put? Could be under About the role or maybe a separate section but not in list. Could add a short paragraph under About the role about location/hybrid. We'll add a sentence. Also "Application Window: This position is expected to remain open until 11-24-2026 . We recommend that interested candidates apply within 7 days of the posting date to ensure consideration." This is application instructions, which we should remove per instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we drop that. Also "How We Partner To Protect You:" scam warning remove. DEI, EEO boilerplate remove. Req Id etc remove. Now we need to ensure we didn't duplicate content. Let's craft final HTML. We'll start with

      About the role

... include company description and location/hybrid.

      Then

      Responsibilities

        ...
      Then
