Roles and Responsibilities

  • Candidate In-Person Interviews (90%): Conduct in-person screening interviews for RBT candidates, accurately score and evaluate candidate competencies during the interview process, make candidates feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated during their interactions, document interview notes accurately and clearly, engage in communication with candidates regarding offers, questions, or other onboarding needs.
  • People Team Administrative Tasks (10%): Serve as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others. Handle and prioritize multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative, provide other administrative support to People Team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting, sourcing, or scheduling role
  • Ideal experience in the ABA/Autism therapy space
  • High level of organization and ability to document in an online system or platform
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System or similar technology
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures
  • The ability to adapt to competing time-sensitive demands
