The JobWe’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Woodland, CA and own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of the technical and support roles that keep RPS running, from engineering and manufacturing to customer support , sales & marketing. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role, build sourcing strategies that reach candidates who might not be actively job hunting, and guide people through the entire hiring process from first outreach to signed offer. You’ll be many candidates’ first real introduction to RPS, so how you show up matters as much as who you find. Essential job duties:Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and support roles across RPS, from intake through offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategy for each open positionSource active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels suited to technical and skilled trade talentScreen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, motivation, and fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional panels, keeping candidates informed at every stepBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring or hard-to-fill technical and support rolesExtend offers and manage negotiations in partnership with hiring managers and the People teamTrack recruiting metrics, including time to fill, source of hire, spend and pipeline conversion, and use them to improve sourcing and processChampion a candidate experience that reflects RPS’s mission and culture from first contact through onboarding handoffHigh-five your teammates when another generator bites the dust.
