About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various business functions, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and support workforce planning efforts. This role offers the opportunity to partner with hiring leaders, build talent pipelines, create innovative sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake through onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate offer generation, approvals, and acceptance processes.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities including background screenings and employment documentation.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and recruiting performance.
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner and advisor to business leaders.

Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related recruiting role.
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing traditional and creative recruiting methods.
- Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting environments.
- Experience supporting onboarding or pre-employment processes.
- Experience reporting on recruiting metrics and talent acquisition effectiveness.
