Responsibilities
- Assist with preceptorship student communication, school correspondence, clinic matching, and student onboarding
- Support national medical school, residency program, and individual MD candidate sourcing and outreach
- Support clinical site staffing needs through relationship building with Community Colleges and Certificate Programs
- Provide candidate sourcing via school job boards, career center relationships, resume book requests, recruiting events, etc.
- Research and identification of student and professional organization partnerships, leading to targeted recruiting pipelines
- Recruiting event support including venue identification/booking, supply sourcing, and attendance
- Provide candidate sourcing for high-priority corporate roles, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, industry/functionally specific job boards, professional associations, and other sourcing techniques
Requirements
- Prior experience as HR coordinator, talent sourcing specialist, or experience in university recruiting
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus, as well as familiarity with resident databases (PracticeMatch, etc.), and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Microsoft Suite experience (particularly Excel and Teams)
- Must be highly organized
- Strong communication skills
