About the role
A respected Southwest general contractor needs a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to cover a team member’s leave of absence and maintain smooth hiring operations.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, coordinating across hiring managers and teams to keep the process moving
- Manage onboarding paperwork end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance for every new hire
- Lead weekly onboarding classes, welcoming new team members and setting them up for a strong start
- Serve as a bilingual point of contact for candidates and new hires, communicating clearly in English and Spanish
- Partner with the talent acquisition and HR team to ensure a smooth, positive experience from offer through first day
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR, or onboarding
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple interviews and new hires at once
- Comfortable leading group onboarding sessions and presenting to new team members
- Detail-oriented with onboarding documentation and follow-through
- Available to work fully on-site in Tempe, AZ and ready to start ASAP
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, fully on-site in Tempe, AZ.
Pay
Starting at $32 per hour.
