Salary - $80,000.00 - $95,000.00/yr. Summary As an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team’s recruiting strategy, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and extending offers to a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will have an innovative approach to recruiting, building internal and external business relationships, and helping the company reach its growth goals. The position can be based out of either Darien, WI or Wood Dale, IL and will require you to be in the office at least 2 days a week. Essential Responsibilities Screen applicants and recommend qualified candidates while providing input to ensure teams consist of diverse, qualified individualsCollaborate with the hiring manager and/or other staff during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details to craft compelling offersConduct intake and ongoing weekly meetings with hiring managersPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteriaIncorporate the existing hiring process into your recruiting strategy to ensure a positive candidate experienceWork to ensure staffing needs are being met guided by current and future goalsDevise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicantsSource applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networksCollaborate on job description creation and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each positionOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build strong candidate pipelines and create brand awarenessEffectively utilize our applicant tracking system for documentation, tracking, and communicationAll other duties assigned by management Requirements Minimum of five years experience in a talent acquisition or similar role Bachelors degree or comparable work experience requiredBilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferredStrong attention to detailFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems Proven success in a high-volume recruiting environmentExperience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsProficiency with social media, resume databases, and professional networks to proactively source candidatesSolid computer skills: MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip RecruiterStrong written and verbal communication skills PSI offers a wide range of benefits from medical, dental, and vision to pet insurance as well as discounted prescription plans.
