Non-exempt position reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

About the role

Provide full-cycle recruiting support to assigned region(s) by executing successful hiring events aligned with regional/district priorities. Act as a brand ambassador to generate candidate flow from field recruiting and maintain a consistent hourly applicant pool.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 8–10 weekly hiring events based on region/district prioritization, following manager guidelines to maximize turnout.
  • Set up and conduct team-member interviews.
  • Oversee advertisement budget for assigned region(s), ensuring efficient use of funds to maximize exposure and applicant pools.
  • Daily outreach to candidates via Workday, Snagajob, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sources.
  • Generate candidate flow by partnering with local universities, churches, and community organizations.
  • Update required reports consistently to meet 85 % staffing goals for assigned region(s).
  • Provide regular feedback to HR and region/district management as directed by the Manager.
  • Manage the orientation process to ensure new hires complete all onboarding actions on time.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to fully execute team-member hiring.
  • Utilize approved recruiting methods, procedures, and tools provided by the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals with a servant-leadership approach.
  • High energy, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for the company and ability to handle confidential information.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a staffing role.
  • 2+ years’ QSR/restaurant experience preferred.
  • Experience with onboarding, E-Verify, and I-9 verification preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish or Creole) preferred.
  • Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).

Physical Demands

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Travel up to 80 % of the time.

Work Environment

  • Restaurants, universities, civic/religious organizations.
  • Use of computers, hiring-event materials, tablets, phone, printer, scanner, and car.
