What You’ll Do Post open roles across all channelsRecruit for entry level and DC positionsSchedule interviews Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that sets up new hires for successManaging background checks Coordinate onboarding (IT, logistics, Day 1 experience)New-hire orientation and documentationProactively schedule 30/60/90-day touchbases for new hiresOwn tracking for Temps, Contractors and ConsultantsOwn tracking for internal referral programRegularly update and maintain recruiting and onboarding reportAssist with rollout of new tools and programsSupport the buildout and improvement of hiring processesTake notes during intake meetings and debriefsPartner with the TA Manager on recruitment marketing across Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and TikTok platformsRepresent PISTOLA & DAZE Denim at career fairsSupport ongoing team needs and new initiatives as the business grows Who You Are 1-3 years of experience in a fast paced Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, HR or People Ops environmentA sharp eye for detail and a natural talent for keeping moving parts organized.Strong written communication skillsSystems-oriented mindset (comfortable with ATS, HRIS, Google Suite, and LinkedIn Recruiter)Strong sense of ownership and accountability
