Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension, and more.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager at all stages of the recruiting process.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System, while adhering to compliance and talent acquisition procedures.
  • Show uncompromising ethical standards, integrity, and respect.
  • Maintain your composure under pressure and deadlines.
  • Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented).

Qualifications

  • Essential: Bachelor's degree and at least four years of prior related experience in full-cycle recruiting with active sourcing, or a graduate degree or equivalent with two years of prior relevant experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of ten years of prior relevant experience is required.
  • PREFERRED: Experience using SAP SuccessFactors, Prior experience with agency and/or corporate recruiting, Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, talent selection, and closing strategies (e.g., negotiations).

Pay

$67k to $141k annually.
