About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PAR Systems, you will play an integral role in ensuring we have the best talent for both today’s needs and our long-term strategic growth. This position is critical in growing our engineering, technical, and corporate teams in MN, GA, and beyond. We view recruiting as a collaborative, human-centered effort—far from a factory assembly line. You will shape teams at the forefront of innovating industrial automation by cultivating meaningful connections with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Your ability to learn technical language, represent our employer brand, and leverage channels like job boards, social media, and networking events will be key to sourcing and attracting top talent. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews, ensuring a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates. With a data-driven approach, you’ll refine our recruitment process and serve as a trusted advisor to position PAR Systems as a leader in the competitive talent market.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels.
- Screen candidate profiles and resumes to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and feedback to hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine and improve the recruitment process.
- Represent PAR Systems’ employer brand positively to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Support campus recruiting for early career and internship hiring (a plus).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management, or a related field (or relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- 2–4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or human resources experience.
- Minimum 2 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience.
- Proficiency with internet search tools, sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search), LinkedIn, and job boards.
- Manufacturing and engineering recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
- Must be a U.S. Person.

Pay
Starting salary for this position is targeted at $70,000–$90,000 annually, based on skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
