About the role

We are seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves owning the full-cycle recruiting process and serving as a strategic partner in driving growth across our tech and creative hubs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies for IT, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Stay flexible and ready to support hiring initiatives across multiple entities and diverse business units.
  • Deliver an unmatched candidate experience by keeping candidates engaged and informed with proactive, transparent, and timely communication.
  • Partner with leadership to guide hiring managers through the interview process, provide data-driven applicant recommendations, and collaborate on market intelligence.
  • Craft highly competitive, marketable job postings that showcase why North is the ultimate place to build a career.
  • Attend career fairs, campus events, and industry trade shows to keep us organized and connected to the community.
  • Maintain clean candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System to ensure a seamless workflow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience executing diverse recruitment strategies across multiple technical or creative functions.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • (Optional) Professional certifications like RACR, PHR, or SHRM.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Nimble learning and relationship building skills.
  • Action-oriented and structured to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to balance the needs of hiring managers and candidates.
