Key Responsibilities
- Initiates contact with qualified candidates and provides pre-employment information.
- Reviews employment applications, resumes, and other credentials.
- Conducts phone screens, in-person interviews, and pre-employment assessments.
- Gathers feedback from hiring teams to ensure prompt correspondence with candidates.
- Extends and negotiates offers of employment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Compensation managers.
- Provides guidance and expertise of Recruiting tools (ATS, Interview Guides, etc.) to hiring managers as needed.
- Sources candidates through a variety of methods.
- Maintains frequent contact with candidates during and after the interview to ensure candidates receive timely feedback.
Required Skills/Abilities
- BA/BS plus 1-5 years of experience in an HR capacity with a focus on recruitment efforts.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- HR coordination experience is preferred.
Pay
The annualized salary range for this role is between $77,000 - $95,000.
