About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll use your relationship and interpersonal skills as you identify and nurture relevant community partnerships. You’ll report directly to the VP of Human Resources with the ability to influence the priorities within your role. You’ll collaborate with leaders to design and implement meaningful candidate personas for each job title.

  • Creating an engaging candidate experience
  • Proactively sourcing talent
  • Building relationships with leadership, candidates, and our community
  • Measuring successes within our recruiting efforts

You will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave. in Buffalo, and will also travel to other Neighborhood sites on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Associates degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare
  • Fundamental knowledge of human resources
  • Mindset for sourcing and engaging talent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow through
  • Kindness: you treat each person with respect and compassion, valuing each person’s story
  • Resiliency: you see opportunities to innovate and find solutions when challenges arise
  • Teamwork: you are open to others’ unique perspectives, and will collaborate to meet shared goals

Pay

$62,350 - 66,000 annually.
