Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified professional technical candidates using the M9 database, job boards, social media, your network, and other resources.
- Work as a team with other recruiters to support Sales teams.
- Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about M9 and opportunities.
- Originate leads for M9 Sales teams.
- Negotiate salaries and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and present offers (full lifecycle recruitment).
- Provide assistance to candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain regular communication with the employees that you have hired.
- Maintain activity level expectations using defined metrics and measurement systems.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with others to create a positive and productive environment.
- 2+ years of experience in Federal IT technical staffing recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for full-time hires in one or more of the following areas: ERP/BI, Web Services, Cloud, Cyber, Mission IT.
- Experience recruiting technical candidates for both W2 hourly and salaried positions.
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and phone etiquette.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Software systems such as Greenhouse.
- Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and exceed expectations.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and approach to work.
- Experience using MS Office Suite: Word and Excel.
- Has a desire to learn and be capable of using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting cleared technical professionals at varying clearance levels, including Public Trust, Secret, and TS/SCI.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is required.

M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
M9 Benefits
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 USD
