Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all internal staff roles of all levels
- Collaborate with business leaders to determine hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Create and manage the advertisement of internal openings on job boards, social media, and school career pages
- Review and select all online applications and assist in identifying qualified resumes to hiring managers for their review
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and campus partnerships
- Manage interview schedule, interview process, and candidate feedback
- Collaborate with CHRO to create and maintain staffing budget and salary bands for all positions
- Report to hiring managers and HR on the status of open positions
- Answer candidate questions regarding benefits, culture, and the application process
- Create and maintain a college recruitment strategy, including building relationships with universities and coordinating campus events and career fairs
- Stay current on company’s organization structure, HR policies, and all state/federal laws regarding employment and hiring practices
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruiting process
- Create and maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
- Adhere to internal retention policies for resumes, applications, and other recruiting related material
Onboarding
- Conduct all pre and post offer letter duties; reference checks, background check; on boarding
- Be employees’ main point of contact leading up to start date
- Contact new hires prior to first day to discuss reporting instructions
- Partner with IT provider to arrange hardware and software for new employee
- Execute new hire presentations in a timely manner to review company policies
Other Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior HR Coordinator on day-to-day operations and special projects (Open Enrollment, ACA Reporting, 401(k) Audit, etc.)
- Partner with Director of HR to review and implement new HR tools as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
