Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, from job posting through offer stage.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team priorities.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews in fluent English.
  • Cook up interview processes between candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
  • Stay up to date on recruiting trends, talent market conditions, and best practices.
  • Promote Injective Labs culture, values, and contribute new approaches, policies, and procedures to support continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement new strategies and programs to attract applicants and develop creative solutions for specific acquisition challenges.
  • Participate in company-wide People Ops initiatives and projects as needed.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 industry.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to the offer in a startup environment.
  • Experience recruiting across global markets (US, Europe, Asia or Latam) and comfortable working in distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for highly technical roles, as well as for non-technical positions.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of the crypto, blockchain, and DeFi ecosystem.
  • Experience using ATS systems (Ashby preferably).
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
