You'll partner with leaders across the organization to identify top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an outstanding hiring experience from the first conversation through onboarding. Responsibilities

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruiting process from requisition through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and identify exceptional talent for positions across the organization.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, networking, professional organizations, and other recruiting tools. Develop and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, and ensure every interaction reflects IMC's commitment to professionalism and respect.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Build trusted relationships with leaders across the organization by providing recruiting guidance, sharing market insights, coordinating interviews, and facilitating candidate selection.
  • Strengthen College Recruiting: Help coordinate IMC's internship and university recruiting programs by developing relationships with colleges, attending career fairs, supporting intern hiring, and identifying future talent for the organization.
  • Support Recruiting Strategy: Monitor recruiting trends, identify new sourcing opportunities, and recommend process improvements.
  • Measure Success: Maintain recruiting data within our Applicant Tracking System, track recruiting metrics, and help identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines
  • Experience recruiting professional, technical, engineering, or construction positions preferred
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel periodically for career fairs, networking events, and university recruiting activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
