About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the entire recruiting process to attract, source, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates who align with the organization's culture and business needs. Develops and maintains a strong partnership with managers to develop recruitment strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal procedures.
