About the role

Perform full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a mission-driven team focused on positively impacting the lives of individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Draft compelling employment advertisements and identify optimal external recruitment channels.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns and participation in job fairs.
• Analyze recruitment and retention data to provide comprehensive reports to management.
• Interpret metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency with social media, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Excel.
