Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day recruitment activities
- Develop position profiles and postings that are attractive to potential candidates and communicate the Givens Careers brand
- Proactively source candidates through referrals, job fairs, social media, networking, etc.
- Work to establish inclusion goals for recruitment and ensure networking and job posts reach diverse markets
- Establish recruitment objectives with each department and work to develop recruitment strategies to secure the best candidates for each vacancy
- Provide a high-touch, positive experience for every candidate and effective hand off to HR/Departments upon hire
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and goals and track and analyze recruitment performance against metrics
- Establish and maintain community partnerships to aid in recruitment efforts
- Attend job fairs and recruiting events to represent the organization
- Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor
Requirements
- Previous experience in talent management, recruiting, marketing, or Human Resources preferred
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or similar software preferred
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Excel, Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay
Compensation is $55,000 – $60,000 per year based on background and experience and includes our comprehensive benefits package.
