Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the role
This position will be responsible for direct sourcing for our Americas' open positions, scheduling phone, video, and face-to-face interviews, and overall recruiting support. The role is designed to develop into a full lifecycle internal recruiter position, with responsibilities growing over time to include end-to-end ownership of hiring for designated roles. This is an opportunity to learn corporate recruiting from the ground up.
What you’ll do
- Provide direct sourcing support for positions in the Americas region
- Schedule phone, video, and face-to-face interviews for hiring managers
- Conduct phone screens and assist with end-to-end recruitment
- Support the onboarding process
What we’re looking for
- 1-3 years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Structured approach to achieving business objectives
