Responsibilities
- Manage external job postings and candidate sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers, as needed, to source and screen qualified candidates.
- Cook up interviews, as needed, with hiring managers and support the hiring process.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and recruiting functions.
- Aid in the development and coordination of internship programs.
- Maintain recruiting records and reports.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of talent acquisition, recruiting, or related experience.
- Experience with job fairs, recruiting events, and talent sourcing strategies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.
- Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
