Talent Acquisition Specialist

Opportunity Summary

A rapidly growing warehouse operation needs a hiring partner to own recruiting from the ground up and directly shape hiring as the business expands into new markets.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline for warehouse and operations roles.
• Conduct phone screens, structured interviews, and in-person candidate coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to move finalists through the process efficiently.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with HR, including paperwork and orientation.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally high-volume or light industrial/warehouse recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load and screen large applicant pools quickly.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience, from sourcing through onboarding.
