About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner finds and attracts qualified candidates for open positions, representing DOCS culture and employment brand throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate is self-directed, thrives in a dynamic environment, and values transparency, empowerment, collaboration, and results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire qualified professionals.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to all levels of the organization.
- Utilize various recruiting techniques—including job boards, social media, networking events, job fairs, and direct sourcing—to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other Human Resources team members during the selection process.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process by embracing technologies and process enhancements that contribute to a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts to pipeline potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, job descriptions, and recruitment activity using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication, Human Resources, or related field.
- Three or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience; healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work with a high sense of urgency while remaining flexible in a dynamic environment and delivering results.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to independently plan, prioritize, and coordinate tasks.
- Knowledge of employment law and Human Resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, applicant tracking systems, and online search/job board technologies.
