About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify and recruit top talent, fulfilling our company's hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to efficiently identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough screening of applicants to assess suitability and alignment with company values and requirements.
• Coordinate and manage candidate interview processes, working closely with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

Pay

Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission. Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion. Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
