Responsibilities

• Post open positions and review applications.
• Conduct phone screens of candidates and bring feedback to the talent acquisition team.
• Help develop strategies to create talent pipelines for future needs.
• Work with the employee experience team to build and sustain an awesome culture for CTI.
• General office duties.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Willingness to fearlessly embrace company culture.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance (but ask the right questions when help is needed).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of representing CTI to clients.
