As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across our partner network. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who excels at building relationships, managing the hiring process from start to finish, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions across the organization
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and recruiting events
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to support successful onboarding and new hire integration
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Track recruiting activity and contribute to process improvements that support hiring goals
  • Represent Apex Service Partners at career fairs, hiring events, and community networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing experience
  • Experience supporting multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
  • iCIMS experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades, operations, or field service positions is a plus

Pay

USD $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
