Schedule
Flexible working options are offered for all employees. The role is ideally based in Pittsburgh with some in‑office work, but candidates across the North East US will be considered. If located further afield, you must be able to travel to the Pittsburgh office a few times per year.
We must ensure no extra sections like Pay. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "More about the role & team" heading; we used About the role. Check for duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Check for any mention of "Why apply" content: we omitted that; but "Why apply" had reasons to apply: ownership, partnerships, proactive hiring, exposure, dynamic global environment, mix of day-to-day delivery and scope broadening. That is substantive and could be considered Benefits or maybe "Why apply" is like motivations. But we already have Benefits section covering benefits; the "Why apply" content is more about role appeal, could be considered part of About the role or Responsibilities? Might be missing. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that content somewhere. Could add a section "Why apply" but we only allowed headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "Why apply" is not in list, but we could incorporate its content into About the role or Benefits. Since it's about what you'll get (ownership, partnerships, skill development, exposure, dynamic environment), it's akin to Benefits or maybe "What you'll get". We could add to Benefits as bullet points. Or we could add a separate section "Why apply" but not allowed. Better to incorporate into Benefits or About the role. Since Benefits already covers tangible benefits, we could add those intangible benefits to Benefits as well. Let's add bullet points under Benefits: "Take full ownership of vacancies and see the impact of your work end to end", "Build deeper partnerships with hiring managers, influencing how roles are shaped and delivered", "Develop skills in proactive hiring, including talent pipelining and direct sourcing", "Get exposure to wider Talent Acquisition work, including talent attraction, automation, and process improvement", "Join a dynamic, global environment where you can develop consistency and scale your experience", "This role offers a mix of day‑to‑day delivery and opportunities to broaden your scope over time". That preserves the content. Thus Benefits section will have both tangible and intangible. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Note that are only able consider those who are permanent US citizens or Green Card holders." We included as requirement. Check for any other boilerplate: "More about the Location" we turned into Schedule. Check for "Values" section: we have values list (Integrity, Imagination, Discipline, Service). That's substantive but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role or maybe as a separate section? Not allowed. Could add to About the role as a paragraph. Let's add a paragraph under About the role about values. Thus About the role paragraph will include description plus values. Let's craft final HTML. Make sure to use proper escaping? Not needed. We'll output:About the role
