Key Responsibilities

• Actively source and attract qualified candidates through networking, referrals, social media, and strategic outreach efforts
• Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and initial interviews
• Guide candidates through the selection, onboarding, and training process
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and attract top talent
• Maintain recruiting activity, reporting, and applicant tracking systems while supporting hiring goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1 year of professional experience
• Strong drive to actively go out and "hunt" for the best talent
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
