Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

This is a permanent, direct-hire Talent Acquisition Specialist position focused 95% on recruiting, with additional responsibilities in general HR, employee relations support, and participation in company events. The role offers work/life balance, great benefits, and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume recruiting for hourly employees
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Career Center, and other recruiting platforms
• Attend community recruiting events, job fairs, Workforce Essentials events, and military transition/job fairs at nearby Army bases during work hours
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
• Assist with extending job offers and facilitate pre-employment activities, including on-site drug screens
• Answer employee HR-related questions and provide general HR support
• Assist with special events including company picnics, family events, and holiday celebrations

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Ability to work onsite in Clarksville

Pay

Base salary range: $75,000 – $100,000

• Quarterly bonus: up to 6%
• 401(k): 50% company match up to 8%
• Profit sharing: approximately 2.5% quarterly
• Company-paid life insurance at 1.5× annual salary
