Responsibilities
- Master of All Trades: You’ll manage our full cycle recruiting process with finesse, ensuring each new team member feels like they're joining a big, happy family.
- Offer Wizardry: Ever seen a candidate’s eyes light up at the perfect job offer? That’ll be your doing. You’ll manage and craft offers that make top talents say, “Yes, please!”
- Job Posting Picasso: You’ll sprinkle your creativity on our job postings, turning them into irresistible invitations for potential candidates to join our fantastic team.
- Background Check Guru: Background checks? Easy peasy. You’ll handle them like a pro, ensuring our hires are as stellar as the company they're joining.
- Talent Acquisition Extraordinaire: Coordinating, scheduling, and making sure our talent acquisition efforts are always top-notch? Consider it done.
- HR Magician: You’ll handle some light HR admin work, ensuring our HR processes run as smoothly as a well-oiled machine.
- Visa Program Virtuoso: Juggling J1 and H2b visa programs? Your expertise will help assist us to bring in diverse talents from around the world.
- New Hire Orientation Superstar: New hire orientation? You'll be there, assisting in guiding our fresh talents through their exciting journey into our company.
- Job Fair Maestro: Ever been to a job fair and thought, "I could organize this better"? Well, here's your chance! You'll assist at job fairs, making sure we attract the best and brightest in the crowd.
Qualifications
- A passion for people and a desire to make every day a thrilling adventure.
- 1 year of HR or Talent Acquisition experience (Recruiter, HR Generalist, Sourcing, Recruiting coordinator, Talent Administrator, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks like a circus performer.
- A knack for turning paperwork into an art form.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A willingness to dive headfirst into the world of HR and recruiting.
