Talent Acquisition Specialist

Broad Management Group We are seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is primarily focused on full-cycle recruiting, with an opportunity to play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and driving hiring success across a multi-state property management portfolio. Key Responsibilities Recruiting (Primary Focus – ~70–80%) Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including property-level and corporate positionsProactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channelsReview resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely follow-upMaintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a professional and positive candidate experiencePartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and improve recruiting outcomesTrack and manage candidate pipelines within the ATS HR & Administrative Support (~20–30%) Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-hire processesSupport training scheduling and coordination with internal teamsMaintain accurate tracking of recruiting activity, onboarding progress, and HR dataAssist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and general administrative support Qualifications 4+ years of recruiting experience required (agency or in-house)Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneouslyStrong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skillsExcellent communication and follow-up skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environmentExperience with ATS/HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) What We’re Looking For A true recruiter mindset—someone who takes ownership of roles and drives resultsStrong sense of urgency and accountabilityAbility to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managersSomeone who is motivated by growth and opportunity Growth Opportunity This role offers significant opportunity for advancement within the HR and Talent Acquisition function for the right candidate. #HP
