About the role

Bring your curiosity to work as our Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be part of our People & Culture team reporting to Lisa Wright, People & Culture Manager, LACO Technologies. In this role, your mission is to serve as the dedicated recruiter for the USA Scientific Vacuum Division (SVD), supporting Gamma Vacuum, Montana Instruments, and LACO Technologies. This role partners with business leaders and hiring managers across all three organizations to develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives that attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will work on-site at one of our USA SVD offices in Salt Lake City, UT; Bozeman, MT; or Shakopee, MN. You will join a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
