About the role

We're looking for a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage requisitions independently, build credibility with Hiring Managers, conduct meaningful interviews, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates objectively, and keep hiring processes moving without waiting to be managed through every step. • Conduct structured interviews assessing technical qualifications, behavioral competencies, motivation, accountability, and long-term alignment.
  • Provide clear, evidence-based Inclined / Not Inclined hiring recommendations.
  • Maintain recruiting momentum through proactive candidate follow-up, interview coordination, and Hiring Manager communication.
  • Identify recruiting risks and recommend solutions before they affect hiring timelines.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Serve as a consultative recruiting partner to Hiring Managers.
  • Help translate business needs into practical candidate-selection criteria.

  • Track sourcing effectiveness, response rates, and pipeline health.
  • Build and maintain organized talent communities for recurring hiring needs.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and extend employment offers within approved compensation parameters.
  • Support candidate questions, counteroffers, and offer-stage communication.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers throughout offer decisions.
  • Coordinate clean handoffs into pre-employment and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure required recruiting documentation is complete before onboarding.
  • Recruiting Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready ATS documentation.
  • Document candidate interactions, interview findings, and hiring decisions objectively.
  • Support compliant recruiting practices related to EEO, OFCCP/AAP requirements, applicable employment laws, company policies, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor requisition aging, recruiting activity, and pipeline health.
  • Support recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Contribute to improvements in interview practices, candidate communication, templates, documentation, and recruiting workflows.
