About the role

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles within the company. Works closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Prepare and present candidates to hiring managers for final interviews
  • Manage candidate relationships and follow-up
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Develop and maintain candidate databases
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure successful hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
