What You'll Do
- Recruit, source, and hire Home Health Aides (HHAs), LPNs, and RNs
- Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to identify top candidates
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process and collect all required hiring documentation
- Ensure all new hires meet New York State compliance requirements and Affirmed Home Care policies
- Build relationships within the community by attending job fairs, networking events, and visiting schools on a regular basis
- Participate in new hire orientations and provide a welcoming onboarding experience
- Promote employee referral programs and support ongoing recruiting initiatives
- Consistently achieve weekly hiring goals by delivering qualified, onboarding-ready candidates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in home care or healthcare staffing
- Experience recruiting HHAs, LPNs, and Registered Nurses
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and community outreach
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States
