Responsibilities

• Contribute to the manufacturing process by performing various welding tasks to ensure high-quality product output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools used in the welding department.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing or welding environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic welding techniques.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay
