Responsibilities

• Sourcing & recruiting candidates by building strong relationships with community organizations and schools.
• Screening resumes and conducting interviews to identify the best candidates.
• Preparing and posting job advertisements online and within the community.
• Facilitating orientation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Promoting our culture and reputation as an employer of choice in the local market.
• Organizing and participating in job fairs and presentations.
• Maintaining compliance of personnel records and ensuring readiness for audits.
• Collaborating with branch leadership and internal teams to meet staffing needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy (including but not limited to MS Office).
• The ability to organize recruitment events like job fairs.

Pay

$75,000 per year
