Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings and prepare candidate packages
• Manage the entire hiring process, including coordination with HR and managers
• Prepare and maintain job descriptions and postings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful candidate onboarding
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting or related field
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience with video interviewing tools

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
