Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Level 3

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Level 3 plays a pivotal role in our recruiting strategy, technology optimization, and recruiting marketing. This role supports aggressive hiring goals and shares our high impact culture, core values, and passion for delivering incredible service to our customers with each and every candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide sourcing support for a variety of engineering and possibly manufacturing & operations and functional areas, to include: sourcing, screening, and managing candidate relationships with recruiters.
• Manage competing priorities, remaining highly flexible in an ever-changing environment while consistently anticipating and delivering exceptional talent acquisition solutions to recruiters.
• Source and recruit qualified talent while maintaining excellent customer service with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and build formal targeted sourcing plans and present them to our teams.
• Support events-based sourcing, focused invitational events, and targeted career fairs.
• Acquire a high-level understanding of our business, program, technological and cultural challenges.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the external recruiting landscape within their function.
• Accurately assess candidates (via in-person or phone) for cultural, competency and skill fit.
• Quickly synthesize candidate and hiring manager feedback.
• Routinely pre-close candidates (early in the process) to ensure high acceptance rates.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be local to one of the major Space sector locations, remote applicants may be considered. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills are required. Experience sourcing technical talent across various engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace) and non-technical disciplines (business, production, operations, supply chain) is preferred. Experience sourcing cleared talent is also preferred. Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office, to include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting.
• Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

Pay

Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $141,200.00
