Talent Acquisition Representative Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Representative to join our team and play a vital role in attracting top talent. Responsibilities Conduct interviews to identify and recruit prospective employees, referring candidates to appropriate job openings.Evaluate employment factors such as experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities, and personal qualifications relevant to classification, selection, and referral.Prepare applicant ratings, make salary recommendations, and provide candidates with information about the company.Administer tests, interpret results, check references, and coordinate transportation for selected candidates.Extend formal job offers and collaborate with outside agencies and vendors as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience; or a Master’s Degree with 1 year of relevant professional experience.Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.Strong interviewing, evaluation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.Willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays, as required.
