Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for both early-career and experienced sales talent, managing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring processes.
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies for assigned universities, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and internship/new graduate hiring programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with university partners, student organizations, campus ambassadors, and career services teams to strengthen employer brand and talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver high-quality talent.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates using applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
- Manage candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, and reporting while ensuring data integrity and a positive candidate experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, representing the company at campus and recruiting events nationwide.
- Analyze recruiting results and key performance indicators to identify opportunities, improve hiring outcomes, and support workforce planning efforts.
- Collaborate with recruiting peers and cross-functional stakeholders on talent acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Experience in developing and executing campus recruiting strategies, including career fairs, information sessions, and internship/new graduate hiring programs.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with university partners, student organizations, and career services teams.
- Ability to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics, with a focus on data integrity and positive candidate experiences.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, with the ability to balance multiple recruiting priorities.
- Consultative approach and strong service mindset, with the ability to represent the organization at campus and recruiting events.
- Ability to analyze recruiting results and key performance indicators, with the ability to identify opportunities, improve hiring outcomes, and support workforce planning efforts.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with recruiting peers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Pay
$90,000 per annum.
