Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for both early-career and experienced sales talent, managing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring processes.
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies for assigned universities, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and internship/new graduate hiring programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with university partners, student organizations, campus ambassadors, and career services teams to strengthen employer brand and talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver high-quality talent.
- Source and engage active and passive candidates using applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
- Manage candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, and reporting while ensuring data integrity and a positive candidate experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, representing the company at campus and recruiting events nationwide.
- Analyze recruiting results and key performance indicators to identify opportunities, improve hiring outcomes, and support workforce planning efforts.
- Collaborate with recruiting peers and cross-functional stakeholders on talent acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A consultative approach and ability to balance multiple recruiting priorities.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics.
- Experience with campus recruiting, including career fairs, information sessions, and internship/new graduate hiring programs.
- Strong understanding of market trends and industry knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
