Talent Acquisition Project Intern (Product & Design) - 2026 Start

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and curious Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruiters responsible for building world-class Product and Design teams at TikTok. As part of our Talent Acquisition organization, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the recruiting lifecycle—helping identify top talent, refine recruiting processes, and deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn how recruiting operates inside a fast-paced global tech company and is excited to make meaningful contributions from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle across Product and Design roles—including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role needs and market talent profiles.
• Absorb and engage prospective candidates with compelling outreach.
• Help manage candidate communication to ensure a seamless, positive experience.
• Absorb and assist with recruiting operations, including opening requisitions, creating job postings, and updating interview notes and candidate status in our ATS.
• Participate in weekly pipeline reviews, talent strategy syncs, and project-based work.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation across candidate experience, interviewer calibration, and recruiting workflows.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus engagement, or talent market research as assigned.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Operations, and business partners across different time zones.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Interest in recruiting, talent strategy, people operations, or HR.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who is eager to learn, ask questions, and contribute to meaningful work.
