About the role
Join a collaborative HR Product and Technology team dedicated to continuously enhancing and optimizing our HR platforms and user experiences. In this role, you will primarily support and evolve our Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, with a focus on Workday Talent Acquisition, VNDLY, and Phenom.
Responsibilities
- Partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization to lead and support system enhancements that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and create intuitive, user-friendly experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Driving meaningful improvements that help attract and hire top talent.
- Supporting product strategy development and driving execution of the product roadmap according to articulated OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- Prioritizing the pre-hire, employee and manager experience while working with configuration, analytics, risk and other teams to deliver business and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Talent Acquisition product management including some combination of Workday, Phenom (or other ATS), Contingent Worker products (VNDLY, Beeline etc...)
- HR technology product management experience on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance;
- Ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products;
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working, knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds;
- Ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations.

Pay Range
$119,765.00 - $140,900.00
