Talent Acquisition Co-op
Force Factor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-op to join our People team for a 4-6 month, full-time, in-office role at our Boston Seaport headquarters. This role is open to current undergraduate and master’s students who want real work experience in talent acquisition, not a shadowing program.
About the role
This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating top candidates across the business. You will partner closely with the SVP of People and hiring managers to help build a culture of smart, hungry, capable overachievers. You will own real searches, spend real time with candidates, and learn how a high-performance team gets built from the inside.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, with a focus on sourcing, scheduling, and candidate management.
- Partner with the SVP of People and hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
- Conduct initial screens and assessments, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage candidate communications and deliver a positive, professional candidate experience.
- Assist in building and maintaining pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Cook up interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer processes.
- Help refine recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree program, or a recent graduate seeking hands-on recruiting experience.
- Available to work full time, in office, in Boston for the duration of the 4-6 month co-op.
- Prior recruiting or HR experience is a plus but not required.
- Passion for talent and people - you enjoy interviewing, qualifying, and understanding candidates.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a winning team.
- Motivated, competitive, and excited to help build teams that make an impact.
