Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting journey from sourcing and building genuine relationships with candidates to delivering standout interview experiences and guiding them through the offer stage.
- Stay updated on market and industry trends to identify top talent from business development, growth, and marketing to customer success and account management roles.
- Partner closely with leadership across teams to ensure every hire supports the company's goals and vision.
- Champion Teton’s culture at every touchpoint, enhancing the candidate experience and representing the company at relevant events.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-5 years of recruiting experience, focusing on hiring the best people.
- High-volume full-cycle recruiting expertise: Proven ability to manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- An owner-operator mindset: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in clear communication at all levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-demand markets.
- Experience in complex deals and working with large accounts.
