We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the Team? Actually headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content: "Responsibilities About the Team: ..." Actually the posting includes "Responsibilities About the Team:" then description. Then "What You'll Do:" bullet list. Then "Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:" etc. Also "Preferred Qualifications:" then "About USDS TikTok ..." then "Why Join Us", "Diversity & Inclusion", "USDS Reasonable Accommodation", "Job Information" with pay transparency and benefits. We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe the "About the Team" description). Responsibilities (the bullet list). Qualifications (minimum and preferred). Benefits (the benefits description). Pay (the compensation range). Schedule (the on-site presence shift to fully in-person up to 5 days a week). Also maybe "About USDS" could be part of About the role? But we should not repeat job title. We'll include sections only if content exists. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove sections like "Diversity & Inclusion", "USDS Reasonable Accommodation", maybe "Why Join Us" is not a standard heading; but could be considered part of About the role? However we should keep substantive info. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine "About USDS", "Why Join Us", maybe into About the role section. But we have defined headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We don't have Requirements or Skills separate; we can put qualifications under Qualifications. Skills maybe not present; we could omit Skills section. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details about the team, mission, etc. We'll put that under About the role. Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You'll Do:". Qualifications: include Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications as sub-lists maybe under Qualifications heading. Benefits: list of benefits from "Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure)." Pay: compensation range $79800 - $132000 annually, plus note about discretionary bonuses/incentives, RSU. Schedule: "On-site presence across teams allows the company to operate with greater speed, alignment, and agility — especially in areas like real-time decision-making, team development, and integrated execution. As such, the company is shifting from a hybrid work model to a fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week." We should not include "Job ID / requisition numbers". There's none. We must not include boilerplate like "For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) Candidates: ..." That's legal/EEO? It's about fair chance ordinance. Might be considered EEO/legal boilerplate. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should drop that section. Also remove "Diversity & Inclusion", "USDS Reasonable Accommodation", "Why Join Us" maybe? But "Why Join Us" is motivational content; could be considered part of About the role. We'll incorporate its substance into About the role. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the substance but can rephrase? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That suggests we should keep the exact wording? But we can reformat into HTML; we can keep the same sentences. We'll copy the relevant sentences. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

About the role

On-site presence across teams allows the company to operate with greater speed, alignment, and agility — especially in areas like real-time decision-making, team development, and integrated execution. As such, the company is shifting from a hybrid work model to a fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week.

Our innovative product is built to help people authentically express themselves, discover and connect – and our global, diverse teams make that possible. We're resilient and embrace challenges as they come. By constantly iterating and fostering an "Always Day 1" mindset, we achieve meaningful breakthroughs for ourselves, our company, and our users. When we create and grow together, the possibilities are limitless.

But note we already have schedule info; we might move schedule to its own section. So we should not duplicate schedule in About the role. We'll keep schedule info only in Schedule section. So we need to extract schedule sentence: "On-site presence across teams allows the company to operate with greater speed, alignment, and agility — especially in areas like real-time decision-making, team development, and integrated execution. As such, the company is shifting from a hybrid work model to a fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week." That will go under Schedule. Thus About the role will not include that sentence. We'll keep About the role focusing on team description, mission, why join us. Let's craft About the role:

But the instruction says use

for section headings only. It didn't forbid using

inside? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't say we cannot use other headings, but to be safe we could avoid

and just have a single Qualifications
