Tulip, the leader in AI-native frontline operations, is seeking a dedicated full-cycle recruiting professional to join our dynamic team. Based in Somerville, MA, we operate as a hybrid work environment with 3+ days in the office per week. Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Craft compelling job descriptions to attract diverse talent across marketing and GTM roles for enterprise software and SaaS companies
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing passive candidates to extending and closing offers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using AI-powered tools, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a consistent and positive experience
- Leverage Greenhouse to maintain pipeline integrity, ensure accurate data, and streamline the recruiting workflow
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving processes and outcomes
- Contribute to broader Recruiting and People team projects, including employer branding, DEI sourcing initiatives, and operational improvements
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruiting experience at a tech company and/or fast-growing startup
- Deep experience recruiting across Marketing/GTM roles for enterprise software and/or SaaS companies
- Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI tools for sourcing and outreach
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads while remaining adaptable and resilient
- Strong track record owning the end-to-end recruitment process, from building diverse pipelines to negotiating offers across all seniority levels
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay
The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range posted, actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, market compensation data, and internal equity. The expected compensation range for this role may change over time. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
